FAQ 6) I CAN'T LOGON, I CAN'T PLAY, I WANT MY MONEY BACK

  • Do the other games in the Portal work for you? Try Huntmaster in the Arcade and then see FAQ 1f
  • see the item 1b which covers system requirements
  • Have you paid/registered? See Portal Help
  • Could you improve your Browser? See FAQ 1b?
  • Do you have a Firewall? jump with this link to the section on Firewalls which is also under FAQ 1b.
  • Work through the items under FAQ 4 which all deal with trouble shooting Dragon Court 2.
  • Do you use AOL? AOL does have an age appropriate filter which can act similarly to a Firewall. In this case, you won't see the game unless you have a setting that ok's PG 13 content.
  • Try turning DC II sound off (the switch is on the splash and also inside the game). Does having the sound off help at all?
