NOTE: If you are able to logon, please do so.
The information on this page is more specific if you are logged on.

First, there is no need to cancel if your account has expired or is still in the trial period. Your account status is [Unknown] - there is no need for cancellation.

Second, you may have used Paypal or Regnow to subscribe. Records indicate that you last used [Unpaid].

Third, if you used Paypal then you will need to logon to your Paypal account, select 'History', then show 'Subscriptions'. You can cancel from there. This link will help you cancel at Paypal:

Fourth, Regnow payments are one-time only. You do not need to cancel. HOWEVER if you are unable to play Dragon Court II, and paid less than 45 days ago; then you can request a refund from Site Support. Click on the link below to do this:
